Official Compliance Documentation · Legally Binding Regulatory Agreement
These terms constitute an enforceable, legally binding contract between Pacific Rev Ops and your entity. Please examine each provision carefully before using our operational services.
By executing an order form, registering an administrative account, or accessing the proprietary revenue optimization software provided by Pacific Rev Ops, you agree to adhere to all terms stipulated herein. If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or institutional entity, you warrant that you possess the requisite authority to bind that entity. If you lack this legal mandate or object to these stipulations, you are explicitly prohibited from accessing our systems.
Subject to payment compliance and active subscription standing, Pacific Rev Ops grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform interfaces. We endeavor to deliver consistent uptime across all operational services. Nonetheless, service continuity remains subject to scheduled network maintenance, third-party hosting contingencies, and telecom backbone conditions. Customers are exclusively responsible for auditing source data imported into automated pipeline workflows.
A2P 10DLC Regulatory Compliance Notice: By submitting your telephone number through platform intake forms, requesting system demos, or authenticating portal sessions, you grant Pacific Rev Ops explicit authorization to transmit automated transactional, account security, and operational communications via short message service (SMS), multimedia messaging (MMS), and artificial voice telephone calls.
Automated Dialing: Messages and phone updates may be initiated utilizing automated dialing equipment and artificial intelligence dialogue systems.
Purpose & Nature: Transmissions encompass two-factor authentication tokens, critical system outage alerts, pipeline anomaly reports, and onboarding check-ins.
Message Cadence: Notification volume varies based on verified account workflows, integration volume, and system event triggers.
Carrier Tariffs: Standard message and cellular data rates determined by your wireless provider may apply to inbound and outbound transmissions.
Revocation & Opt-Out: Consent can be cancelled at any time by replying STOP to any automated text. For support or assistance, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
Carrier Limitation: Cellular network operators are not liable for delayed, intercepted, or undelivered transmissions.
Consent to receive telecommunications messages is not a mandatory condition of purchasing commercial software licenses or entering standard service level agreements with Pacific Rev Ops.
You are obligated to maintain the absolute confidentiality of administrative passwords, integration API tokens, and access keys. Any operations initiated through your validated credentials remain your organizational responsibility. In the event of confirmed or suspected credential theft, you must immediately report the security incident to our response center within 24 hours.
All software logic, predictive scoring models, dashboard designs, technical documentation, and registered service marks embodied within Pacific Rev Ops are the exclusive proprietary property of Pacific Rev Ops and its technology suppliers. Users are prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, distributing, or fabricating derivative works based on our platform infrastructure without formal prior approval.
To the maximum threshold authorized under statutory law, Pacific Rev Ops disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular application. Under no legal theory shall Pacific Rev Ops be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential commercial damages arising from system downtime or lost commercial data.
These Terms and all associated contractual matters shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, without giving effect to conflict-of-law doctrines. The parties mutually consent to the sole personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within San Francisco County, California.
