Pacific Rev Ops is committed to clear, honest, and lawful communication practices. This disclosure details precisely how your personal telephone records and contact parameters are processed, stored, and utilized under applicable regulatory frameworks including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles, and cellular carrier A2P 10DLC specifications.
We acquire telephone numbers exclusively when voluntarily submitted through our verified portal web forms, scheduled consultations, authenticated account setups, or inbound inquiries. By submitting your phone number, you verify that you are the primary subscriber or customary user of the submitted telephone line.
Upon providing explicit written opt-in consent, you authorize Pacific Rev Ops to deliver short message service (SMS), multimedia messaging service (MMS), and conversational telephonic updates directly to your specified wireless device. Communications encompass transaction confirmations, appointment schedules, security verifications, account milestones, and direct service correspondence.
Notice: Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency varies depending on your service interactions, inquiries, and transaction confirmations. You may opt out of automated text messaging at any moment. Simply Reply STOP to opt-out or text HELP for immediate technical assistance. Consent to receive promotional or informational SMS is strictly voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We enforce strict data isolation protocols regarding telecommunications records. No mobile phone numbers, subscriber identifiers, or opt-in consent records will ever be shared, traded, licensed, or sold to third-party affiliates, list brokers, or external commercial networks for marketing or promotional campaigns under any circumstances.
Our automated dispatch systems interface with major wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and affiliated regional service providers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Transmission speed and receipt remain subject to local cellular network availability, signal coverage, and handset status.
